This privacy policy governs your (“User”) use of the software applications (“Application”) for mobile devices that were created by Cypher Gamez. This policy applies to all Cypher Gamez Applications unless the Application has an overriding policy. We display advertisements in our Applications to fund the development process for current and future Applications. Our Services may also integrate third party Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and/or SDK’s, which allow others to collect and process information about you, including but not limited to your geo-location information, to provide you with targeted advertisements, offers and other content. You always have the ability to control the collection and use of your geo-location information . You may disable location-based services at any time by adjusting the settings of your mobile device.

You may, at any time, withdraw any consent you have given, and we will no longer process your personal information, unless we can continue the processing based on another purpose. Ad networks like Ironsource, admob ,Unity & chartboost that are serving advertisements in Our Applications provide and maintain their own privacy policy that explain in more depth about what data they collect and how it is used. Cypher Gamez Compliance with GDPR

We are continuously working with our advertising partners, to ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Thus in compliance with GDPR, you will be given the choice not to give your consent and opt-out of data collection for personalized advertising. If you choose to opt-out and not give consent to collect your data, no data will be collected. You will continue seeing advertisements even if you opt-out of data collection, but in such cases the advertisements you see will not be personalized thus making it less relevant.

The Service can offer several integrations with sharing services and other tools (like Google +1 button, Facebook Like button, among others), that can be used to share information and actions Users make while interacting with our Service. Also we may integrate in our Games competitive services for sharing Scores and Achievement between players, like Google Play Games Services, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Games or others. The use of the previous services and tools is a free choice of each user. It’s not necessary to use our Services. The social features that each User agreed to use enables the sharing of information with other contacts or the general public, depending on the configuration options the entity provides.
